We have launched the Filen User Survey 2026, and we would love to hear from you. The survey takes around 5-10 minutes to complete and at the end you can also optionally enter our giveaway for a chance to win 1 of 3 Pro III Lifetime plans.
With this survey, we want to better understand your experience with Filen, what matters most to you in a cloud storage provider, and where we can improve across our apps, features, and website.
We are also interested in learning more about how people discover Filen, whether they switched from another provider, and which factors influenced that decision.
